1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any services provided by ph5555 (referred to herein as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

ph5555 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and other approved electronic wallets. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ph5555 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment sources that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account that does not belong to you) are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate freezing of your account and confiscation of deposited funds. ph5555 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to fund your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and the outcome of ph5555's internal security and fraud prevention checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes, while bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

All withdrawals are subject to verification of your identity and compliance with ph5555's KYC and AML policies. ph5555 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, except in cases where this is not technically feasible, in which case alternative arrangements may be made at ph5555's sole discretion.

ph5555 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depending on your account status, payment method, and accumulated wagering activity. Current withdrawal limits are displayed on the Cashier page and may be adjusted by ph5555 at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Fees and Currency

ph5555 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee, which will be deducted from the withdrawn amount and clearly displayed before you confirm the withdrawal request. All financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are borne by the Player.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

ph5555 reserves the right to void or adjust any sports bet if we determine that the bet was placed with prior knowledge of the outcome (e.g., late betting after a goal has been scored but before odds have been updated), or if the bet was placed in violation of betting limits or maximum payout restrictions. ph5555's decision on sports bet settlements is final and not subject to appeal.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty (30) times (PHP 30,000 in total bets) before any winnings can be withdrawn.

Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute as little as 10% or may be excluded entirely. 6.3 Promotional Abuse

If we determine that you have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with any bonus or promotion, we reserve the right to void the bonus, confiscate all associated winnings, reverse any withdrawals, and permanently close your account without prior warning. 7. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

8. Account Suspension and Termination
